HOW TO PREPARE Wyeth Nutrition® Gold HA® PROPERLY:

• Wash your hands carefully.

• Wash bottle, teat, and cap thoroughly. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use.

• Boil drinking water and allow to cool.

• Strictly follow the feeding table. First, pour water into the bottle. Then, add powder using only the scoop provided, carefully levelling off the extra powder. Use only the enclosed scoop. Do not change proportions without medical advice.

• After each use, place the bag and scoop in an air tight container. Make sure the scoop is dry. Store it in a cool and dry place. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
